| Dear Family, Thank you for considering me to help care for your family! I understand the responsiblity that accompanies becoming a part of your home and I can assure you that I am trustworthy, mature, and dependable.
Growing up with two younger sisters and countless young cousins, I learned to care for others at a young age. When I became older, babysitting for numerous local familes was a constant. Caring for young children just comes naturally for me; I thouroughly enjoy caring for children and I feel as though it is an oppotunity more so than a job. After recieving my high school diploma, I attended college for two years where I achieved my diploma and a pre-policing course. I learned many valuable lessons and attained countless skills in things such as working with people, dealing with high pressure situations and juggling many responsibilities at one time. During the time I attended college I resided with family members and took care of my 4-year-old cousin. I was responsible for her morning routine, driving her to school and extra-curricular activies, cooking meals, and her evening routines. Through this experience I have gotten a feel for what it would be like to care full time for young children and I know that I am fully capable to do so.
Growing up I was heavily involved in sports and music (have played the piano since the age of 5), regularly attended church and was heavily involved in the community. Growing up in a stable and disciplined home have helped me to establish a high set of morals and values that I could not only pass on to children but also to help parents feel secure and at ease letting me care for their children. Also trained in Standard first-aid and CPR.
Thanks again for considering me! Aimee |
