Au Pair/Nanny job description

Daily care for acitve 1 and 2 year old. Must be flexable on days of week to work as my schedule is not static. Be able to feed, soothe, entertain and educate the babies without sitting in front of TV all day. Expect assistance on my days off when my husband is traveling and with taking children to appointments. Must be willing to watch children if I am running errands. Will have 2 days off a week but would like to have them home at night to assist with babies if one should be sick. No smoking or drinking in our home and expect reasonable hours of return home if out on days off. Would like to include them in our family activities and will be willing to have them accompany us on trips and excursions if that is their desire. We are looking for someone who will blend with and become a part of our family.

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

We are looking for someone who is willing to care for and love our two babies. They are aged 1 and 2 and very busy. We are hoping to blend you into our family and have you accompany us on trips, excursion as well as be their surrogate parent on the days that I work. I am a RN and work 12 hour shifts 2 or 3 days a week. I am also looking for womeone who can assist me when taking babies to appointments and/or watch them while I run errands. My husband is a pilot and travels away from home for weeks at a time. You will have your own living quarters with internet access, cable TV, unlimited use, all meals and a loving family. I am easy to get along with, consider myself to be a fair person and we will do all in our power to make you feel welcome.
