Au Pair's Message to Families

My Dear host family, I am from Ukraine. I’m 23 years old. I'm a cheerful, open and active girl. I work at university. My job lies in scheduling of faculties, working with leaders of group and observation order of the educational process. As for my experience in caring of children,there are many children in my family. In particular – children my sisters: 2 girls and 2 boys and my cousin Julia. They are very wonderful and funny kids. They often spend weekends with me, or sometimes, when I take them from the kindergarten. I look forward to those moments, when I can spend my free time with them. At that time we play, draw, and go for a walk. Children are very fond of doing something with one’s own hand. That’s why we sometimes do home-made things or other creative tasks together. Last year I looked after the girl Nastya (2 years old), the girl Christina (4 years old) and the boy Yaroslav (8 months). I spend a lot time with children when their parents were busy and that time was really great. I took them from the kindergarten, played with them, went for a walk, read tales for them, prepared meals for children and helped them to go to bed. Of course, every child is peculiar, each has its own interests and temper, its own abilities and talents, and therefore they require individual approaches. But all of theme needs attention, understanding and love. And the more warmth and love we put in these small creatures, the better people they will become in the future. I fond of swimming, cycling, computer graphics and I‘m also interested in psychology. I like to drive a car, I like to be among people and believe that everybody has a something good in the nature. As for my driving experience, I have a driving license and drive a car nearly half of the year. I have many goals in my life. I want to have a good job in the future. That’s why I want to speak English fluently. I want to improve my English, and to know a colloquial language. I want to experience authentic American life in host family, to make friends abroad and develop my personality. I like children and I sure they’ll like me to. Children are happiness.
