Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Family, My name is Cassandra , but I also go by cassi. I am the oldest of six children in my family and have grown up learning to help with my siblings and around the house. My role growing up was the peace maker. There were a lot of times my mom couldn’t be there to handle every situation. I also have experience babysitting other children, as I would babysit for neighboring families and friends. I worked at Peterson Chiropractic as a Therapy Assistant, where I would help better the health of many individuals. Many people would come to their appointments with their children and have no one to take care of them. I happily volunteered to help out and soon became close friends with the kids. One of which I still keep in touch with. I have moved around a lot since I was born and have traveled, but I have never made it anywhere as far as Italy and have always dreamed of visiting. I have been putting myself through school the past couple years. I am now attending Dixie State College and plan on majoring in Art, but I am getting my generals out of the way first. Art is a passion of mine, and I eventually want to teach it someday. I enjoy anything from coloring, painting, photography, or pottery. I am very much an outdoorsy girl. I love hiking, swimming, camping, and just taking walks. I love my religion and I am excited to meet members across the world. I love kids and am excited to one day start my own family, but as for now I would love to be a part of yours!
