Nanny job description

We are seeking an experienced caring nanny to care for our newborn. Our baby is due to arrive at the end of January 2010. I will be home for 12 weeks and then returning to work. We need to find a nanny who can work three days per week and mirror my work schedule. These days will change week to week. However, the nanny will know her schedule for the following month one month in advance. For example: By the beginning of June the nanny would be informed of the schedule for July, and so forth and so on. Two 10 hour days/week 7:30 - 5:30. One 12 hour day/week 7:30 - 7:30. Start times are flexible. Occasionally we'll need our nanny to work a few extra hours, for which she will be compensated.
