Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Family, I'm a very capable, loving, energetic and even-tempered person. I'm very mature for being 19, and I love working with children. I have a passion for music, and am currently studying voice privately. Music is an essential part of my life, and I would love to bring joy through my music to your family. I taught drama and music to students from ages 5 to 10 years old for 1 year. I've also worked with individual families as a sitter, and I've worked for over a year in a church nursery. I can provide excellent personal and professional references whenever you need. I was accepted into Georgia State University's School of Music, but decided not to attend. I am currently employed, but I'm looking for more of a challenge, and would love to be a part of your family, not just as an au pair, but as a "big sister". I'm a good cook, and am also willing to do housework. I speak fluent english with very good grammar and I'm willing to help your children learn better english, if that is what you want. I know a little Italian, and I'm learning more. I'm planning on getting certified in childcare within the next month, and will be certified by the time you need me.
