Au Pair's Message to Families

Hello family! My name is Cindy; I love children and am seeking an au pair position with a loving, outgoing and happy family. I am the youngest of 9 children; my first niece was born when I was just four years old. I now have a total of 15 nieces and nephews that I have helped care for and raise in various capacities over the years. I am 35 years old and recently left my profession as an accountant for the past 15 years. In this regard I can provide excellent references attesting to my positive attitude, work ethic, education, and dependability. I am ready for a new path and my love of children has naturally led me to seeking out an au pair position. I have many interests and am always seeking out new learning experiences. I enjoy almost all sports, have a positive outlook, love to laugh and have a sincere interest in being healthy. I am certified in first aid and CPR, completed a wilderness first responder course in 2008 and have experience as a lifeguard instructor. I will be obtaining my TEFL (teaching english as a foreign language) certification in November 2009 so a family seeking help with English for their children would be a great fit.
