Complaint: I began speaking with this nanny a month and a half ago. She sounded great and we offered her the job a month ago, she accepted. She was supposed to start Tuesday. Monday night at 8pm she tells me she will not be coming. Now I'm stranded without child care. Watch out for this one.

Complaint: We were in touch with Zita for 2 months, a contract for 1 year was sorted and a (paid) handover had already taken place. On the Monday where she was supposed to start Zita informed us she was not going to come and decided to go back to Hungary.
Complaint: Mary never showed up on her start date, and left only a facebook message and then was never to be heard of again. Not very honest or reliable. I did meet her in person, but I must be a poor judge of character, thats what it feels like. Having to explain to my 5 year old that Mary isnt coming anymore...
