Renata, Brazilian Nanny (last name, address, aliases for members only)
Complaint: Renata is unreliable. We hired her after doing a background check and speaking to her previous employer. She did not show up for work on her first day. I have never heard back from her. She did not my phone calls and left me without a nanny at the last minute.
