Complaint >> Posted: Apr 12 '06 by Beatriz in Arkansas, United States |
| After a long interview, in which she met my family and played with my kids, she agreed to work for us next Monday, she showed as agreed and worked the first day with no problem, she seemed happy when she left the house, on tuesday morning she said something about school and moving, really strange, but she said she would stay till I find someone else. We went out for lunch and it was suposed she would come back when I call her back. The last thing she said to me and my kids was, "...see you later." I called her and she never answered her phone. She never returned my phone calls. I missed work that afternoon.
She seemed very professional in her interview, seemed very nice and professional...but was too embarrassed to tell me that she changed her mind and decided not to work for us after all? Maybe, but she said she loved children and had a lot of energy...she seemed highly intelligent and professional, so why the unprofessional treatment. It seems she didn't realize the real commitment a family gets when hire someone to work with them. |
