Do not send money! I wish we had read the warnings before we agreed to send her over 500 Euros! She is very believable at times and her references were wonderful. We felt lucky that she had "chosen" us to be her new employer. She told us she needed help buying a plane ticket because it was more expensive than she had budgeted for, as she was buying it at the last minute. We have never done anything like that before, but we agreed to wire her the money. On the day she was supposed to arrive, we got an email from her supposed host family in Cameroon, saying she had been in a car accident on the way to the airport and so wouldnt be arriving for a few days. We even received a photo of "her" in a hospital bed! She "got out" a few days later but told us that her passport had been taken by the hospital as a guarantee that she pay her bills there (another 260 Pounds). At this point we finally got wise and checked out the complaint section... I am scheduled to return to work in one week and now we have no one to take care of our 3 children! She has really messed things up for us and I do not know what we will do now!
