I paid airfare and gave her extra money. I began driving lessons and other things to get her acclamated to the US. She left unexpectantly without any warning. Comment   >> Posted: Mar 03 '08 by GLENDA in Manila, Philippines i am also a pilipino,and sadly to what had happen to you in hiring an aupair.i dont knew lean but i guess you pick her up thru her presentation,maybe although you had and verify her credentials and postential aupair.sometimes there are few which can affect others,and as what i had seen shes too young to be serious in her work as an aupair, things like family status, financial capacity of the family,likewise most college graduates in not health related courses are not too familiar in aupair jobs.maybe she's single and stuck in her mind "the american dream"likewise she will not run away alone, she has a relatives in the place.shes too young fo the kinda work. i hope shes not afraid,or had a fear in you,you know, women here are sensitive; a piece of advice:DONT HIRED YOUNG,ECONOMICALLY GOOD. FOR A THOUGHTS:HIRED THOSE WITH HEALTH DEGREE.OLDER PERHAPS 35,MATURED,KNOWS THE CONTRACT. OF COURSE YOU HAD YOUR LESSONS TAKE SOME MEASURES HUMANE)DONT HURT SIMPLY WARN,ETC..
