Solongol was our Au Pair for a period a four months and we terminated her for cause. She fell asleep at our community pool several times while caring for our 3 year old daughter. There is no gate to block our child from walking out into the parking lot or onto a busy public road. She fell asleep not because she was working to much but because she became enthralled with the Washington, DC night life of private parties. Solongo is an exotic looking Mongolian who is tall and thin. She became a hit in the "private" party scene where she would stay out until 4:30 AM many nights prior to her looking after our children. She never had to look after more than two children at a time as we have a full-time childcare manager and another part-time helper as well besides the two parents. She has a revoked US Visa.
