Bena is unfortunately unreliable, and tells lies. She has badly let down her current position with callous lies about grandfather being in hospital with a heart attack when in fact she was out of town with another family. She does not show up for work Does not return calls. I don't think someone that can lie in this way should be invited to live with a family.
