They are practicing polygamists. I know this because they hired my daughter. They convinced my daughter to marry Mark in a religous ceremony. She has since left them, but wishes to warn anyone who may choose to get involved with this family. They are not what they appear to be. They are not looking for a nanny they are looking for a wife. If you run Mark Easterday's name through a search engine you will find that he was charged with bigamy in Utah. He pled it down to adultery. I wish I had checked him out before I let my daughter work for him.
