Hello Family! Please allow me introduce myself, my name is Shawna, and I am really excited to join you and your kids in a new family adventure together! A bit about me, I have heard about Aupair from quite a few people, and they always seemed to enjoy it. I love meeting new people, and bonding with children. I have 4 beautiful nieces, and a handsome nephew, who I love, adore and protect as if they were my own. I love kids! They are the passion in my life, there is never a dull moment with them =)

I don’t smoke, I am straight edge. I have 15 years experience with children, and its my favorite past time. Everyone tells me that I am great with kids and need to be in a field with children. Which I plan on doing, I hope to someday own my own daycare center.

I will take care of the house and the family as if it were my own. I would want to experience a new culture in a safe loving, family environment. I am extremely responsible, loyal, easy going, energetic, down to earth, caring, honest and loving young woman. I like to keep busy, and stay active. Love trips to the park, or just going for a walk outside with the kids. I think there is nothing like an active imagination, and am very open and fun when it comes down to it. I am looking to expand my learning and take from this experience something I can cherish for the rest of my life. I have never gotten to travel, and I figured this would be an option that I could truly enjoy. I would feel like I am doing something for the greater good, not just myself. This would give all of us a new experience and opportunity to embrace.

A few hobbies I enjoy are swimming, playing tennis, rollerblading, or just being outside in general!! Reading, writing, singing, and dancing! Music, art and cooking!!! As I stated, I am pretty active and like to keep busy!
