Hello!
My name's Kate and I'm 27 years old. I have More than 8 years of childcare experience, 18months with triplets as a full time nanny in the US being my latest. I started as a volunteer at a local preschool while I was still a student, where I helped the teachers get the kids ready for outings, organize school plays and different events as well as helped decorating rooms. Then I was working as a part- time babysitter for a total of 3 families before flying out to the States. During my time in the US I worked up to 45 hours per week when I was in a sole- charge of three kids. I have experience in working full time with multiples hence would be willing to do so in your family as well. I'm also very familiar with a strict routine some households may have. My previous responsibilities included: preparing healthy meals for the kids, organizing playtime, changing diapers then potty- training, putting them down for naps, taking to the park. I used to also do some light housework like doing kids laundry, putting dishes into a dishwasher, cleaning up kids toys and vaccumming their playroom.
After the US I have moved to Zurich, Switzerland as an au pair in Feb 2018. I took care of 2 school agend children. Drive daily/ do drop off and pick up from and to activities. Babysitting after school. Occasional care of a pet/ walks with a dog.
I absolutely love working with children and I'm interested in their growth and development.
After 12months with them I have moved to my own flat and started working freelance with families with multiple kids, I have therefore experience with tiny newborns, toddlers, school ages kids and teenagers. I can provide more than 2 references and my current CV to families interested in my profile. Hopefully we could be a good match.

As I’m currently in Switzerland My salary expectations are based of of experience and also the market rates. I usually charge 40chf per hour for babysitting, the rates depend on the amount of children, responsibilities and if it’s last minute. I’m open to negotiating a good monthly salary with the right family.
