I have been a live in nanny for the past 3 1/2 years in Boynton Beach, FL where I still live.
As a mom of 5 grown up children and as a loving, dedicated, respectful and trustworthy NANNY I would love to be part of YOUR family NOW and take care of your newborn, infant, toddler, older ones or pets!
My name is Wini, I am 69 years old and my experience as a nanny covers a period of 19 years in Europe and the US.
Additionally to my dedication for children all ages I love pets. I grew up with a German Shepherd, had horses of my own and for the past 35 years I am an addicted cat lover.
My family is quite multicultural:German/British/American/Austrian.
I have lived in many countries: South America (Venezuela), Africa (Ethiopia), Europe (Germany/France/Austria) and the US and have seen both, wealth and poverty at the same time. For this reason I have also dedicated my heart for the poor and children in need in doing charity work.
I am a mom of five grown up children and six grandchildren. The youngest is 3 years old now.
This status allows me to say that I have had all the opportunities right up front to gain plenty of experience and sensitiveness to the childrens' needs while growing up. I learned how to handle all kinds of issues and problems that might occur (baby discomfort, cuts, bruises, quarreling, fighting, eating issues, homework, going through puberty with them, curing broken hearts a.s.o. - you may know what I am talking about if your children are already older..) It's called " Learn By Doing!"
Nevertheless when my own children were old enough I could not resist to start working as a nanny and babysitter with a renowned Nanny Agency for families of various nations and cultures for different length of time as well as babysitting in hotels (and pet sit) when and wherever needed.
My dedication to and care for the little ones and loyalty, honesty and reliability to the parents always made me a loved part of "my" families very soon. They did not hesitate to write me references saying how comfortable and happy they had been with me while working for them.
I retired in August 2014, but that does not mean I am about to relax, stretch out and do nothing but watch TV and read the papers! That would not be me, as I always had and have to be in motion and do SOMETHING!
I am very creative, so I love doing arts and crafts ( I have my own Etsy store) and home decorations, needle work, reading, writing, traveling and walking for miles on the beach!!!
I suppose that's just ME as I have been energetic, constantly on the go and ready for all kind of new experiences and adventures all my life!
So now I am looking for a NEW FAMILY to make other moms and dads and their little or older ones as happy as I would be if we found each other. I would definitely LOVE to nurture your newborn/ infant/ older child with all my heart as if it was my own!
Be rest assured that I respect and adapt on other families' routines and am easy to get along with....
Therefore let me take care of your precious ones!
I wouldn't mind traveling if necessary as I have
lived in many countries and I just love to pack up and go (whatever destination)!
