What are Favorites?
Favorites is a list that you create that helps you keep track of and compare your favorite care providers or families.
When you evaluate the profiles from your search results, you are given the option of adding profiles to your Favorites by simply clicking the plus icon below the photo in any search result. While viewing a profile, click the icon located above the photo to add as a Favorite.
When you add someone as a Favorite, that person will be notified of your interest by email. They also receive a link to your profile, so be sure you have written an introduction message. When you have been marked as a Favorite, you will be notified by email as well.
You can use the "Replies Due" tab in your Favorites list to send a response back to those who have added you as a Favorite. Favorite replies are free and do not require a paid subscription. You can also click the interest and add to my Favorites, interested or no interest buttons to send back an instant response.
As an option, privacy preferences may be applied to limit the display of premium content to only those people you add as a Favorite, such as background checks and contact details. Click the My Account menu, then Account Options to set up these features.
