Hello my dear family! My name is Elya. I am russian but now I am Au-Pair in Denmark. I have au-pair visa for Denmark. Now I am looking for a new family in Denmark. (At this very moment I am in Sandnes in Norway in a wonderful but temporary family :)) just for the the searching tome for a new family. I also have one year an Au-Pair experience in Danish family.

So, a bit about my previous work. I have four kids, two cats and single mother)). Our days usually are very busy. My working day starts at 7.30. After first sip of coffee I start making lunch boxes for two kids. For Tobias it is easy to prepare his lunch box, he prefers two pieces of bred with chocolate butter, but for a small girl Maria I have to be more creative - on a piece of bread, sometimes I put fried egg with cheese, paprika. It is 7.50, lunch boxes are ready, and we have breakfast! After breakfast host mother drives the older girl Rani and Tobias to school, I make ready Maria (3 years-old) to kindergaden and help Isak. He has autism, that`s why he goes to school later and he doesn`t like bread and we make for him pasta. So, with one hand I stir pasta with another one I fix Maria`s hair, ironing Maria`s dress simultaneously we are playing the game "catch me and take clothes on me"))). The last kids are at school and kindergarten, I start cleaning, make laundry, making dinner and relax. Step by step kids come from school. If my host mother is not in one of her meetings I collect t If it was hard, full of activities day at school we watch movie together. If not with boys we can go to play football, or we draw postcards, or cook something for evening tea. Sometimes boys and Rani stay at their friends` places or invite them to our home. Our house can be full of children in different ages! Yes, life is full when there are a lot of children in the house. To make week days different we can go to play bowling, or skiing or just walking. Once a month or so boys make box competition between two of them. All family gathers to see that. It`s a spectacular show. But it finishes usually with tears of one of the participants. Without choosing a winner everybody start their duties ))). 19.00 o`clock. Time for Maria to take a bath, and then I read her fairy tales in Norwegian or in English. Or I tell her Russian or Tatar fairy tales. We help each other in learning languages: Maria teaches me Norwegian language. Now I can speak a little bit Norwegian mixed with Danish. I teach her English and Russian. We talk with Maria in absolutely new language I call it Norusslish. If you want I can teach you also, very rare and funny language. The most interesting thing we can easily understand each other ))). When the girl fall asleep the rest of family gather to drink tea with cookies or fruits, boys start doing their homework. About 21.00, with my tongue on my shoulder, I go to my room and absolutely free what to do )). Once or twice a week my host mother with two kids go to another island for horse riding. It is enough far away. These days my duties are to drive the rest of kids to school and collecting them after, and smallest one from kindergarten. To make dinner, do everything that is necessary to make my kids happy. I can say honestly these days are very busy. Also I drive older kids to their friends` places and picking them up after. On Sunday my host mother usually goes to church, my responsibility is to stay with aria and sometimes with the rest of children. So it is my usual day in this wonderful family, but unfortunately their situation is changed (they are moving to another country) and I have to seek for a new one, wonderful and funny family.

Grateful to my Danish and Norwegian families my au-pair experience was very positive and I was very happy to live with them, I hope for the next such experience in a new family :).
