Reference Checks

Reference checks are a very important way to verify that your candidate has performed well in previous positions. Before you hire anyone, be sure you hear what others say about your candidate's attitude and experience level. GreatAupair's professional screeners will contact and interview up to three references for the candidate of your choice. References are performed in English or Spanish only. You will receive an emailed report with answers from each provided reference that is available for us to contact. We will provide the following information related to your candidate as supplied by each reference: Verify the nature of the relationship between reference and candidate Location of work and duration of employment Candidate's responsibilities on the job Candidate's strengths, weaknesses, attitude and any areas for concern Why the candidate was released or left the position Would the reference re-hire the candidate? Would the reference recommend the candidate for this type of work? What challenges did the reference face in dealing with the candidate? This report will take 5-7 days to complete once your candidate has provided us with her references and completed our online authorization form, permitting us to perform this investigation.
