You must have installed at least Internet Explorer 6.0 or FireFox 2.0 with Adobe Flash Player 8 or later installed in your browser in order to use Private Live Chat, otherwise you may experience problems.
The rules for who can chat with whom are as follows:
- The Chat Requestor must have uploaded at least one photo to their profile in order to initiate a chat session;
- The Chat Requestor must have completed their profile through Registration Step Three prior to being able to initiate a chat session;
- The Chat Requestor’s profile must be active in order to initiate a chat session;
- The Invitee’s profile must be active, have at least one photo and be completed through Step Three in order to be available to receive chat requests;
- Paid family members may initiate chat with paid or non-paid candidates;
- Non-paid families may not chat with non-paid candidates or other non-paid families;
- Paid families may chat with other paid families;
- Paid candidates may initiate chat with paid or non-paid families;
- Non-paid candidates may not chat with non-paid families or other non-paid candidates;
- Paid candidates may chat with other paid candidates
