Au Pair/Nanny job description

My wife and I want to hire a Nanny/Au pair as soon as possible who has previous experience. We have a 4 year old girl who we think is very cute and special. Looking for someone can take care of our child and do light house work. We live in Tokyo close to Shinagawa Eki. If you can speak English and teach reading and the basic of 1st grate that would be great but not a requirement. Your English does not have to be perfect. We would perfer if you are Thai, Filipino, or Japanese. Thank you.
