Au Pair/Nanny job description

My family lives in Round Rock and we're looking for a live out/possibly live in nanny/au pair for our very mild mannered 18 month old daughter. You can bring your own child if needed. I would prefer you have your own vehicle as one will not be available for your use. We leave for work around 7:30am each morning and will be home no later than 6pm. However, we will strive to be home much sooner than 6pm. She has a pretty set schedule of when she eats and takes naps. General care and cleaning up after her is required. Instructional learning and constant interaction is needed. Please be loving, involved, detail oriented and kind. We do have a dog but care is not required unless you want to take her on walks with you.

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

Dear Au Pair, Ireland is currently in a state licensed "in-home" daycare. We've recently experienced issues within this setting. Ideally, I would love to stay home with her and give her the love and attention she needs all day. I am looking to you for support in this area. Our home is small and we rent and we don't make much money. My husband works for the local "major" employer in town and I work in Property Management. Ireland is the sweetest thing. We love to spend time with her and she's our world. We have a somewhat structured schedule and would expect you to uphold that. I don't care what language you speak, I would love her to learn any different culture. Just please treat her like the princess she is.
