Au Pair/Nanny job description

Looking for an au pair that would take care of my 3 year old daughter. I am in the military and travel from time to time. (usually once a month for 3 - 4 days) My wife passed away last year and I do not live close to any family. I live in a new built home in California, Maryland and will be stationed here for 2 more years. California, Maryland is about an hour south of Washington, D.C.
