Nanny's Message to Families

Dear Family, I am a young student currently enrolled at my second year of university. I wish to become an early years teacher upon completion of my degree and believe this would be an amazing opportunity! I have a been a part of many activities with children, as I have instructed the babysitting course in our town for 2 years, coached minor girls softball for 4 years, directed our church junior choir, taught sunday school for 4 years, and babysat for many families in my community. In the summer of 2008 I worked for the youth job centre where I organized activities for students to do during the summer months, such as strawberry picks, bbq's, window washes, etc.. and had an absolute blast doing it! Working with kids is always a lot of fun, and it is so rewarding to see the enjoyment they get out of the activities you complete. Some of my interests include singing, reading, golfing, softball, baking, and working out. I am a very caring, kind, energetic, and hardworking individual who believes in living the most out of everyday. I come from a loving home where I am the eldest of two sisters.
