Au Pair/Nanny job description

We are looking for someone to help manage our house hold. The job would entail taking care of our two little girls, age 4 and 2 and our son, age 8 months. The nanny would need to take our oldest to and from school and other activities (we will provide the van), light house keeping, childrens laundry, etc. We could accomodate a live-in or live-out nanny. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children and interacts well with them and has a good work ethic. We will offer a competitive salary for the right person.

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

We are a very loving and nice family in Leesburg, Virginia with three children (two girls, age 2 and 4) and a son, (age 8 months). The girls are very sweet and love to play in their playroom, , do gymnastics and ballet, go to the park, play with barbies, color, paint and read books. Their favorite thing to do though is DANCE. As parents, and a family as a whole, we are extremely outgoing and friendly and are really looking for someone who will fit right in with the family. We could accomodate a live-in or a live-out position and will provide a vehicle for driving the kids etc. We will offer a competitive salary for the right fit!
