Au Pair/Nanny job description

I am a stay at home mom with five young children. Three boys (5,4,3) and twin girls 15mo. The boys all go to school five days a week from 9am-3pm. I currently have an au pair from Panama and am looking for a second au au pair to share the responsibility. There will be lots of driving required and some light housework. Between the three of us it shouldn't be that bad! My boys are very active and enjoy all sports and activities. The girls have just started walking and are getting very busy. We always have a lot of fun. We have been spending a lot of time this summer at the beach and pool. We love to be outside. Dad is a Dr. and has irregular hours. he is a big help when he is at home. My current au apir is from Panama and would to be able to provide a great job description!
