Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear family, Im Nicole and i am 21 years old and i come from Germany. Right now im living in California with my host family and im working as an au pair already. I've been here for over a year and extended my visit for another year because i feel very comfortable here and i really enjoy the united states and the culture. I decided that I want to go to college here in California and so Im looking for a loving family with older children, so that Im able to go to college while there are in school. I think it is a great oppertunity for me and i will also share my life and my culture with my new family. Im very open and would love to be 'an older sister' to your kids. I just started to take signlanguage, took 5 years of french in highschool and took spanish here for one semester. I love to sing, play the flute and the guitar, like to go for walks and love snowboarding. Im also involved in church and attend service every week. I am leaving my host family in october to return to germany. I would be able to start my life with my new family in january 2009 here in california.
