Au Pair job description

Be ready to play and be physically active taking care of an ADHD 9 year old boy. You will also be a "big sister" to a 15 year old typical teenaged girl. You might be a 2nd year au pair with Cultural care looking to live in the Boston area or getting ready for your first year with good childcare experience. You should be willing to help in cooking and tidying up after kids, doing kids laundry and organizing kids activities and schedules. This is a busy job with lots of driving to activities and sports, so please be a good driver and not afraid of winter. We expect you to bike, swim, play in the snow, and have FUN with the kids!

Family's Message to Au Pairs

We are a busy family and have had many au pairs with us over the last 7 years. Our town is near Boston and has lots of au pairs. Our key need is to take care of a very active and sensitive 9 year old boy. Please have real childcare experience, be a good driver and lots of patience! We also have a nice 15 year old girl with all the normal interests. Please have high energy, enjoy being outdoors (walk to school) and be willing to help around the house like a family member. Although this is a serious job, we want you to have a great and fun year and really enjoy your time in the US.
