Au Pair/Nanny job description

* Care for 2 children (ages 3 and 1) -- feeding, diaper changes, bathing, play/entertainment * Housework * Ability to work with/care for special needs child * Ability to learn to use the devices needed for my 3 year old daughter -- corner chair, stander, g-tube * Willing to drive children to activities when needed * Willing to become respite care certified in the first 3 months --requires classes through DES, CPR certification, fingerprint card --we will pay for the entire certification

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

Looking for an Au Pair or Nanny that has experience with special needs children. We have 2 beautiful girls ages 3 and 1. Our 3 year old requires full care. She is unable to sit or stand and requires feeding and diapering. We would like you to become respite care certified. This requires taking some classes through DES, being CPR certified, and having a fingerprint card. We would cover the cost to obtain this certification. My husband works full time, I work part time and will start school in August. I will often times be home during the day and able to help with childcare, however, would like some time to complete necessary schoolwork. Our family is easy going and we love the outdoors. We try to take a beach vacation every year during the summer and would love for you to join us on this vacation in 2009 if you'd like.
