Au Pair job description

We need a lovable aupair to take care, love and have fun with our four childeren. We expect you to work for a maximum of 35 hours a week including babysitting once or twice a week, occasionally in the weekends. Small housekeeping work, as tidying up, is part of the job. I need you to help me in the morning to get the children ready. You need to be in charge when I am working. I work around 2,5 days a week nad usually during school hours. That means that you have to pick them up from school, play with them and prepare their food. I need you to drive the car when necessary. When at home with the children I would like you to enjoy the children, have fun, jump on the trampoline, play games, do some colouring… They are lovely kids, they really are!! You will have plenty of free time during the day and weekend to go to college to study English (free of charge), go sightseeing, meet friends etc.

Family's Message to Au Pairs

Dear aupair, We, Annelieke en Niels, would love to welcome you in our family. We are a Dutch family with four children: A boy, Tobias of 8, two girls, Noé and Josephine, aged 6 and 4 and a babyboy Quinten of three weeks!!. We live in nice little town called Sevenoaks, situated in the beautiful countryside of Kent. Sevenoaks is close to London, just half an hour by train. From where we live you can walk to the station, to the kids’ school and to town. We live in a spacious five bedroom house and you'll have your own room with ensuite bathroom and toilet, which overlooks the fields. You’ll have your own television and can make use of the computer with internet facilities in our study. Tobias is a gentle and easygoing boy, who loves tennis and lego. Noé is very outgoing and creative. Both go to school. Josephine is our cheerful 'baby' and is four days in preschool. They are bilangual and speak both Dutch and English fluently. Niels, my husband is a trader and works in london. I work as a business coach. We are looking forward to hear from you, Warm wishes from the family.
