Nanny's Message to Families

A little bit about myself: I have been working with children on many levels for the past 10+ years and to be honest I cannot envision myself doing anything other than working with children. I am a loving, dependable, patient and trustworthy person who loves to smile and enjoy life as much as possible. I am an education driven individual and I like for children to learn new things daily "I am not a boring or lazy nanny." I know how and when to have fun and play around, however, I know when its time to be serious and I make it my duty to do all that I am entitled to do. As a nanny I am aware that I am in a position of trust and my position is more than just a job. Children are precious gifts given to mom and dad and for that reason I am totally committed in the safety of all children in my care. Most of all I am looking for a family that has good communication. It is my desire to meet a family who will treat me as an addition to the family and not just "The help." I know that as a nanny I must always be open and for that fact I am flexible. I believe in children's rights and respect them and I know that doing a good job can impact a child's life forever. As a nanny I will guide and ensure safety for each child in my care as much as if they were my own.
