I'm looking for a good-hearted Au Pair/Nanny who is honest, loyal and who truly has my children's best interest at heart! I prefer someone who’ll encourage them in a positive manner and who’ll be a good role model. I prefer a person who has the energy and enthusiasm to play fun games, fix simple meals and even help with homework occasionally. Most importantly, I want someone who recognizes that the children’s safety & well-being is their #1, top priority! I'd like the person I hire to encourage their independence, good manners as well as personal & educational growth while trying not to spoil them. I'm a strong believer in POSITIVE reinforcement and expect any candidate I hire to feel the same. I'd prefer to have a person who is fit, energetic, enthusiastic and fun-loving. Cleanliness, good personal grooming, reliability and consistency are also important traits.

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

I'm a recently divorced, single father of 3 bright, fun-loving children; Noah, 12, Ava 9, and Lana 5. I'm the owner/CEO of a TV/Film Mult-media Production Company. My children are sweet and well-mannered. My son loves skateboarding, computers and playing the guitar. Both of my daughters like dolls, make-up, playing pretend, and swimming. My home is clean and well-kept in a fairly affluent part of town. The person I hire will enjoy many amenities and comfortable living arrangements. I enjoy my privacy and I respect other's privacy as well. I'm fairly easy to please (as long as the best interest of my children are at heart) and very considerate in regards to respecting other's privacy and personal needs. I consider myself a generous person of personal & moral integrity, and I expect the same of anyone who cares for my kids. I truly want only the BEST for my children!
