Au Pair/Nanny job description

Genuine Interest and Love for Children. They should be her primary focus. Experience. Reliable. Loving, fun, active, creative. Likes outdoors, swiming, arts and crafts and playing silly. Needs to have good driving experience as well. Our ideal nanny is someone who will jump right in and get down on their level to play and educate. Someone loving and warm but who can also say no and can redirect if behavior becomes an issue. We have 3 girls ages 5yrs, 3ys, and 1yr. 2 options: Option 1 - Full time which would be daily care, playing and feeding of 1yr old and pick up at 12:30 and at 2:30 for 3 nd 5 yr old from school. Option 2 - Part Time half day 12-6 would be to pick up at 12:30 and at 2:30 - they get out at different times. After school fun and care - park, museum, swim, shopping, home in the yard..hing to entertain.

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

We live in SouthWest Austin past Circle C about 25 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to ACC campus. It is 5 bedrooms with 2 BR upstairs. If this is a live-in situation, the upstairs will be for the live-in with her own bathroom. The only shared area upstairs is the gameroom. Our last AuPair is from Brazil and her stay was over in July. We loved having her and miss her terribly and we are looking for someone to join our family long term. We will need someone to start when school starts mid-August. UPDATE:: We currently have a part time nanny but I have seen that we absolutely need someone to live with us and be around full time and help me with the house, etc. Thanks
