Au Pair/Nanny job description

We are in the process of moving from Cortland, Ohio to Boise, Idaho. We currently have the kids, Gabriella (4) and Isaak (15 mo), in daycare 3 days a week, while our mother watches them both the other two days. We would like to have an Au Pair or nanny in Boise. Considering both of us will be working, we would need someone that would be there throughout the day, and that would do some light cleaning also. There is German in our family, as our mother came directly from Germany as a nanny herself! Therefore, it would be a priveledge to have a German Au Pair that could teach the kids German also. We are an outgoing family that does various things. We like to go on vacations as well as camp and ski. However, our kids are our number one priority!!! Daycare has been great for them, but a personal touch would be a difinite plus. Please consider us! Thank you!
