Nanny's Message to Families

Most importantly, I love children. I believe God has given me a heart and patience for children. I am a fun-loving, energetic, loving, compassionate, intelligent, artistic, understanding person. I would want to become a part of the family I am working with. I am very flexible and eager to please. Building relationships and experiencing life are two things that are very important to me. I feel the best way to interact with children is by putting myself on their level of understanding. I feel it is extremely important to listen to and love children no matter what. Children need to feel safe and happy. I love to play with children, lead them in educational activities, sing and dance and just be silly and have fun. I am very creative and would be as active in the children's, as well as parents', lives as they would want me to be. As for discipline, I feel any physical contact with a child should be an absolute last resort. There are many creative ways to discipline a child that do not involve physical contact. I have created and implemented different ways to discipline and reward children that have proven to be overall successful. Please
