Au Pair/Nanny job description

Take care of our 3 children: 6, 3 and 1,5 years. In the morning, you will bring them to pre-school. Some days, you will pick them up from pre-school. Some extra baby-sitting during evenings and weekends. Light housework. Every day, a simple clean of the house i.e. make our beds, clean up after breakfast etc. Once a week, a main cleaning of the house. Take care of washing clothes and ironing. Simple cooking for the children when baby-sitting. Expected to help with clean-up after meals.

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

Dear Au-pair, We are an active family with 3 children: 6, 3 and 1,5 years (one boy and 2 girls). We live in a large house and a big garden outside Stockholm. There are buses to take you in to city, which take approximately 30 minutes. In our village there are other other au-pairs from eastern Europe. We like to be active. My husband and I like to excercise regularily and the children love to play and be outdoors. Favourite sports are running, biking and skiing. The children often play in our garden and have also started some planned activities, like tennis and gymnastics. We also live an healthy life style. Except from excercise, we eat good food and enjoy good cooking. We like to have fun in our family. We laugh a lot and take care of each other. We respect each other and other people. We have many friends around us, but we enjoy spending time within the family. We prioritize our time with our children. We both work full time in marketing and sales, which means that some weeks are busy. We both travel in our jobs, however we are never away at the same time and we always prioritize time with our children. We are looking for a responsible and loving au-pair, to live with us. You will always have our children as your main priority. They will always come first. You will be friendly and fun to play with. Laughter and playfulness are important in our house. You don´t have to be sporty, but will have a healhty lifestyle i.e. drinking and smoking are forbidden.
