Au Pair/Nanny job description

Care of a 2.5 year old boy and a 5.5 year old girl. Occasional help needed includes: caring for the family dog, kids laundry, grocery shopping. This job primarily involves finding creative ways to help our kids have a great summer during the hours mom and dad are working, as well as speaking full time Spanish to the kids so their spanish language skills improve.

Dear Au Pair, The kids love bike rides, walking to the neighborhood park and swimming in the neighborhood swimming pool. Our daughter loves to dance, sing and paint. Our son loves spiderman and playing with trucks in the dirt. We want help giving our kids the chance to do alot of these things and more, while being fully immersed in the use of the Spanish language. We hope to expose our kids, and particularly our daughter, to interesting people and good role models. We are committed to providing you with an outstanding cultural experience. We will introduce you to business people if that is something you desire, as well as helping you get integrated as quickly as possible into the local youth culture. We will drive you places and we will let you use one of our vehicles when schedules allow. We live near rivers, lakes and mountains, as well as the booming state capital city. We look forward to continually expanding our network of family and friends across international borders, and see this as an opportunity to accomplish that. The wife-mother of this family is of Mexican descent, and is committed to preserving important elements of her culture. The husband-father of this family is in the health and wellness industry. We are a VERY ACTIVE family. The kids are literally exploding with energy, and we love spending time with them which is precisely why we are looking for help. Having the right kind of help will allow us more efficiency at work, which in turn allows us opportunity to spend more quality time with our kids.
