Au Pair's Message to Families

Hello my name is Jennifer . I'm 24 yrs old about to be 25 this summer. I'm currently a student a Dallas Baptist University pursuing a degree in Communication. As for babysitting and nannying I have 14 yrs of experience and a wide variety of experience. My first babysitting job was when I was 10yrs old (what were those parents thinking?? I have no idea.) Since then I have babysat 1 child up to 10 children at one time and ages ranging from just a few weeks old to a mentally ill 24 year old. Like I said I have ALL types of experience. I have experience with the sweet and quiet child and experience with the uncontrollable yet sweet child!! (I believe all children are sweet!! Even if they hide it very well!!) I have babysat for a few hours a day and I have nannied for months at a time. I love kids with all my heart and cannot wait to have many of my own someday. I grew up in a very wonderful family with great moral values that I took as my own and have chosen to live by. I am 1 of 4 kids. I'm the youngest. I have 2 nieces (9yrs and 2yrs) and 1 nephew (5yrs.) I'm very close with them and think the world of each of them. I guess that would be the summary of who I am!!!! I love life and would consider myself a very optimistic and happy person!!
