| Dear Host Family,
My name is Weridiana, I’m 27 years old. I've been living in Los Angeles for 1 year and half as an Au Pair. Before I came here, I lived in Fortaleza, a big city located in the northeast of Brazil.
I'm very connected to my family. My mom Elba is 45 years old and my dad Walter is 48 yo. She is self employed and he is taxi driver. My younger brother Wagner is 19 yo and he is a student. They are my best friends, we spent a lot of time together talking, playing or just relaxing. On holidays, we used to get together at my grandmother's home or on the beach. Everyday I thank God for my family, they are very supportive.
I'm very friendly and I love to travel, go out with friends for restaurants and movies and meet people with different culture. I like to spend my free time reading, watching movies and surfing on the Internet. I'm very communicative and I'd like to share my culture with your family.
Currently I watch 2 kids ( 7 and 5 years old). They are so nice and energic. Every day I start working at 7:00, get the kids ready to school, prepare their breakfast, sometimes I need to drop them off at school or they go with my host dad. When the kids are at school I have to clean up their rooms, do laundry and grocery store. I pick up them around 3:20 o’clock, after that I help with homework, piano lessons and schedule play dates for Friday after school. When they don’t have any activity in the afternoon we go to the playground, we play tag, play board games,do arts and crafts and watch movies,…. After that I prepare the dinner, put the kids to bed and I’m done.
I'd like to improve my English skills, hoping that it brings me some advantage in my future career. I want to do my best on my job developing my tasks with perfection and studying hard. I looking for families that is Cultural care agency, for my second year extension. I have a valid VISA and American Drive License.
I had a lovely and happy childhood and want to transmit this to the children that I will watch. I am looking forward to become a part of your family.
Lots of love,
Wery (my nickname) |
