Au Pair/Nanny job description
Sunday - Friday: 1) 6:00 - wake up the kids and make sure they brush their teeth, say their prayers, go to the bathroom and do their morning sport exercises. 2) 8:00am - breakfast, get dressed and taking the kids to school. 3) free time until the kids are back from school (unless we need your help) and then picking the kids from school. 4) taking care of all 5 children by giving and showing them love, hugs, creativity, patience (this one is VERY IMPORTANT), and more (reading, jumping, dancing, singing, taking them to the park, Chuckycheese's, teaching them your native language, playing, puzzles, dress up, and lots of fun). 5) ~7:00pm - kids need to clean their stuff with your guide. 6) If the dishes were not washed, we will need you to wash all the dishes that are in the sink and throw the trash. 7) after the kids are in bed, if we don't need you, you are free to do whatever you want. We observe Shabbat and eat only Kosher.
Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies
Remember that they are kids and they are watching you and your behaviour constantly. Be a role model for them - someone that they will cherish for life to the extent that they will NEVER won't you to leave. Also ALWAYS be aware of their doing since you can never know what a kid can take or do (i.e: knife, eat a colours, etc')! You will find a 24/7 working family. We are in and out of the house a lot. You will learn just by being with us (we will help you as time will go by and we will gain trust in you) how to become an Entrepreneur as we are. When we travel, you are part of our family and you join us. We are always there to help as well. P.S.: you must be able to accept criticism either its in your favor or not! P.P.S.: if we can, we will be happy to assist with Visa's.
