Au Pair/Nanny job description

We will be first time parents to twins expected to be born mid April 2008. My husband and I are both working full time. We now have a day nanny for May-August 2008. We are looking for a live out night nanny May start and a live in or out day nanny with s September 2008 start. We prefer someone who speaks English and Spanish but are flexible to what we can find. We would like someone who has a little experience with newborns, who is gentle, caring, trustworthy, and dependable. We need someone who can do light housework but we will also have a monthly cleaning service in the home. We would like the nanny to be vaccinated against Pertussis and be certified in infant CPR. If this has not yet been done, we will help to arrange and pay for these two criteria. We also will not hire a nanny with TB, HIV, or Hepatitis B or C.

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

We enjoy the outdoors through biking, sking, and hiking. None of that is happening now because I am pregnant with these twins. We have no pets (other than a few Geckos) and no other children in the home. My husband enjoys writing music for and playing his guitar. Our home is nonsmoking, safe, and quiet. We do not watch TV.
