hello, i am a 21 year old female originally from chicago (currently residing in pennsylvania), looking for work as a nanny/au pair. I am currently maoring in Economics and Theatre at Columbia University/Barnard College. I have 3 years of childcare experience under my belt, with children ages 3-13. Also, I have a beautiful 9 month old daughter. I am affiliated with the united states tennis association (USTA)as a former pro tour competitor, and I spent this past summer working with the Harlem Jr. tennis program training young U.S. players for the 2007 U.S. open. My volunteer experience includes participating in the national leukemia&lymphoma society to provide support for patients and their families, as well as Adult Literacy Partners Program in New York City. what I find most rewarding about childcare is not only nurturing children, but tutoring them and developing them scholastically as well. My hobbies include sports, traveling, russian literature, and gardening.
