Au Pair job description

We are seeking an active, outgoing, loving au pair for our 4 kids. We have 2 girls - 10 & 5 years old & 2 boys - 4 & 8 years old. We have had au pairs for years now & LOVE having them as part of our family. All 4 kids are in school now, so the job is primarily before/after school. They will get the kids ready for school & then take them to activities after school. They will assist with homework & play with the younger kids. It is a fun job in the beautiful city of Seattle. A successful au pair must like to laugh and smile! MUST be a very good driver in town & on the highway. Must be very organized. Very good English is important for the job. Should be a flexible, responsible person that takes initiative & learns quickly. Our kids are full of life & very affectionate. Looking for an au pair that wants a busy, large family environment. We treat our au pairs as part of the family now & forever. Our past au pairs are all part of our lives & we keep in close touch.

Dear potential au pair, We are looking for a lively au pair that wants to be a part of a big family full of loving people. We will welcome you with open arms to our laugh filled home. Our kids are very active and like to be outside and play all the time. They are very busy with school and other activities. Both parents work outside the home and also have busy schedules. We need someone that can jump right in and be active with the kids. They should give lots of hugs and also know how to discipline the kids when necessary. Seattle is a lovely city with lots of things to do. You can go to the beach, ski, hike, ride bikes and mountain climb. We enjoy trips to the beach and trips to the ski slopes as a family quite often and we would love to bring you along. The views are unparalleled of the gorgeous water, green surroundings and mountains. There is lots to do in the city if you like nightlife, the cinema, theatre, museums, music, sports or anything! It is an easy city to learn to enjoy. All of our au pairs have loved it and have already come back to visit! There are many au pairs in the area and there are great networks to make friends quickly. It is quite simple to integrate and develop a good group of friends from all around the world. We would love to talk to you about coming to the US to be with us starting in our summer (which is spectacular in Seattle)!
