Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Family, Hello! My name is Carley and I am 20 years old and was born and raised in Minnesota but am happy to be back in the Valley and enjoying the Sunshine! Jesus, helping people, being around kids, laughing, exploring the world, baking, cooking and being active are just a few of my passions in life. I genuinely love the family life and how each individual has their own "niche" and personality to add! I realize the importance of having an extra set of hands to help with the kids, run some extra errands (grocery shop) and/or tidy the house. Your child's education is extremely important and a top priority also! However once we get our work done we are sure to have a great time playing games, doing crafts, going outside or doing whatever Mom and Dad have planned for us! Being Babysitter Certified which means I've had 16-20 hours of in class safety precautions, has readily prepared me for any accidents that may arise. My CPR/AED certification is due for a renewal and I am currently in the process of renewing that. Also I have experience as a nanny for a 5 year old boy and 2,4 and 7 year old girl. Along with that, I volunteered in a first grade classroom for a semester and learned more than ever from these kids. I have taught Sunday school for young kids and as old as 3rd graders many times.
