Au Pair/Nanny job description

I'm an independent researcher with very varying working hours. I am looking for someone who can help with taking care of the children over the Summer. This might be during the day as well as in the evening (I sometimes have research going on only in the evening). With the kids having varying activities going on, it seldom will be with all 3 of them - but mostly with the 3-year-old girl. I am looking for someone with maturity, who preferably has experience with children of different ages.
