Nanny's Message to Families

I am dependable and hardworking. I care about all children. I worked at daycares where I watched and cared for children of many different ages. I would play activities and games with children. I helped children. I am honest and trustworthy. I have taken childcare classes and had childcare training. I am certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED. I am a full time college student working on a degree in Elementary Education. I currently work in childcare and was a nanny for 2 summers. The summer of 2007 I was a nanny for 5 children and the summer of 2006 I was a nanny for a boy with autism. I received a Teachers of Tomorrow scholarship for the 2006-2007 year at college. I made the dean's list at college for the fall of 2006. I worked at an Elementary school for 25 hours in a third grade classroom. I graduated Grand Rapids Community College with a liberal arts degree and am continuing college for my Elementary Education degree at Grand Valley State University. I tutored 2 children in reading at an Elementary school in 2009.
