| Hello! We are Ben and Carole, a professional couple looking for a live-in Au Pair to help care for our son who will be one-year old in January 2010. Ben works from home and Carole works outside the home as a researcher in downtown Toronto, commuting to work 4-5 days per week. We now live in Richmond Hill, a lovely town located 40 minutes north of Toronto and beginning in May 2010 we will move to a new house in Oakville, a beautiful town located an easy 30min train trip west of Toronto and 5 hours from Montreal. Our home in Oakville is minutes from Lake Ontario, walking distance to downtown, parks and trails, and a marina. We have a large (100+ pounds), very loving dog who is a true member of the family, napping on the family room couch during the day and sleeping in our bed at night. It will not be part of your duties to walk or clean up after the dog, but you should be comfortable around him (he will quickly win your heart as he won ours!)

| Family's Message to Au Pairs |
| We are looking for an Au Pair who will be a member of our family, caring for our son during the day while we are working and participating in family activities in the evenings and on weekends. We will ask you to do light housework, as time permits, with care of our son being your first priority. Of course, we appreciate that you are seeking to experience a new place and we will encourage you to take advantage of our close proximity to Toronto and the beauty of the natural environment in Southern Ontario. We love to cook and enjoy the foods of all cultures and hope that you do too. Our family also has a lakeside cottage that we like to visit in the summer and we will want you to join us for weekends of swimming, hiking, fishing, and enjoying the peace and beauty of the Canadian wilderness.
We love to travel and will want you to accompany us on long weekend getaways within Canada and possibly a longer trip overseas.
Our son is a very happy baby who is learning new things everyday and growing up before our eyes! We are looking for an energetic, creative, and kind person who will love him as we do and help us teach him all of the things a one-year old needs to know!
