Nanny job description

I would like someone to use our vehicle to pick up our girls at 5pm, bring them home, feed and bathe them by 8pm. Also I would like 5 hours during the weekend. I don't care which day or even if the time is split between both days. Plus, I would like the person to be available during weekdays if one of the kids has to stay home sick. With three kids under the age of 5, this happens at least once a month. I will pay $10 an hour. There is a guarantee of 20 hours a week and a possiblity of more. I am flexible, if there are days you are not available, I'll deal work with you.

Family's Message to Nannies

We are a very welcoming and open minded family. We respect diversity and encourage you to share your ethnicity and or language with us. I am a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and am more than happy to answer any medical questions. You have to speak English, not smoke, have your own transportation to and from our house (however, you can use our mini van to drive the kids around), and most importantly be really kind and patient. My husband and I don't believe in corporal punishment, and we expect our care giver to respect that. Also, you need to understand the first month will probably be very difficult for the girls. They will be very needy. Plus, our foster daughter needs someone who is incredibly sensitive and who will not yell at her. She, completely shuts down when scared and screams when upset. However, the majority of the time, she is a perfectly normal toddler. I'll also pay for First Aid and CPR classes if you are not already certified.
